Member of Technical Staff (Search Quality Analyst)

Ideal candidate

An experienced analytical problem-solver who loves digging into search quality and turning data into product improvements, comfortable owning metrics and experiments end-to-end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a related role
• Strong coding skills with ability to write production-grade code
• Proficiency with SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience designing metrics from scratch
• Experience building labeling pipelines using LLM-as-a-judge
• Experience training ML models that shipped to production with measurable improvements
• Experience designing evals with known ground truth or driving improvements on such evals
• Experience working on search-related products (nice to have)
• Knowledge of statistics and A/B experiment design (nice to have)
• Experience with Apache Spark or Databricks (nice to have)
