Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity
• Daily hands-on use of AI models and coding tools with judgment on verification
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust and willingness to learn others
• Broad familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML tooling
• Ability to understand engineer and business workflows and build around actual constraints
