Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience owning complex backend systems from design through production
• Strong system design skills building reliable, scalable platforms integrating heterogeneous APIs and services
• Strong proficiency in a backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust with AWS and Kubernetes experience
• Deep expertise in connector runtimes/MCP servers, semantic modeling, search/recommendations, or marketplaces
• Ability to work across backend infrastructure and customer-facing product experiences
• Sound technical judgment in security-sensitive, distributed systems
• Track record leading ambiguous, cross-team initiatives from architecture through adoption
