Requirements

• 4+ years owning complex backend systems from design through production
• Strong system design for reliable, scalable multi-tenant SaaS with isolation boundaries
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with AWS and Kubernetes experience
• Deep expertise in identity/provisioning, permissions, encryption/CMEK, or admin/audit analytics
• Experience with enterprise identity systems such as WorkOS, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
• Sound judgment in security-sensitive systems balancing correctness and usability
• Track record leading ambiguous cross-team initiatives and raising engineering quality
