Requirements

• 4+ years building backend or distributed systems
• Strong experience in Rust, Python, or Go
• Experience designing and operating production distributed systems with streaming RPC, stateful services and failure recovery
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure on AWS or equivalent
• Strong product judgment translating user problems into technical solutions
• Genuine interest in AI products and willingness to learn quickly
