Requirements

• Senior-level experience in motion graphics and animation with video production as core craft
• Strong portfolio of expressive motion work, especially social, campaign and GTM content
• Deep command of animation fundamentals: timing, spacing, composition and visual rhythm
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite; comfort in Figma
• Ability to work fast, manage multiple deliverables and iterate quickly
• Strong sense of when motion adds clarity or emotion versus when a still is better
