Requirements

• 2–4 years of total work experience with a strong academic record
• 2 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or comparable high-intensity analytical role
• Run or worked closely alongside real marketing workflows: paid social, lifecycle, CRO, or SEO
• Use agents to automate complex processes, including prompts, skills, and end-to-end agent systems
• Strong written and verbal communication and comfortable managing customer relationships
• Comfortable with SQL for cohorts, segments, and dashboards
• Operates at high velocity and thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments
