Requirements

• 2-4 years of total work experience with a strong academic record
• 2 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or comparable high-intensity analytical role plus operating experience
• Hands-on experience with marketing workflows like paid social, lifecycle, CRO, or SEO
• Uses agents to automate complex processes, including prompts, skills, and end-to-end agent systems
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer-facing comfort
• Comfortable with SQL for cohorts, segments, and dashboards
• High-velocity operator who ships daily in fast-paced, early-stage environments
