Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, taking initiative and making decisions with incomplete information
• High-velocity operator who moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proactive, clear and warm follow-through
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapidly changing startup environment
• Proficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)
