Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS sales or business development, including 3+ years in sales development leadership
• Proven track record building or scaling multi-team pipeline generation org in high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop managers and build accountability through leaders
• Creative approach to pipeline generation with original campaigns translated into repeatable results
• Agility in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with sound decisions on incomplete information
• Strong commercial judgment aligning with enterprise sales cycles; prior closing experience strongly preferred
• Data-driven operating style with funnel analysis, capacity planning and pipeline forecasting
• Hands-on experience with modern prospecting tools, AI-native workflows and Salesforce
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
