- Experience advising on usage-based and tiered pricing, pilots, and expansion frameworks
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DORA, EU AI Act and hands-on DPA negotiation experience
- Ability to triage multiple concurrent deals under tight timelines with rigorous diligence
- Demonstrated ability to build and extend playbooks, templates, and precedent repositories
