Requirements

• 7+ years in editing, writing, or editorial leadership with exceptional command of language
• Ability to adapt styles and voices for different channels and audiences
• High competence in developmental editing, copy editing, content planning, and production management
• Track record of mentoring writers and improving team output
• Refined judgment on structure, argument, voice, and narrative in technical material
• Deep familiarity with grammar, style, and storytelling, knowing when to break rules
• Comfort using AI tools and articulating how they fit into workflows
• Passion for the truth well-told
