Requirements

• 7+ years in editing, writing, or editorial leadership with exceptional command of language
• Ability to adapt style and voice for different channels and audiences
• Skilled across developmental editing, copy editing, content planning and production
• Track record of mentoring writers and elevating team output
• Strong judgment on structure, argument, voice and narrative in technical material
• Deep knowledge of grammar, style and storytelling, knowing when to break rules
• Comfort using AI tools and articulating how they fit into workflows
