Requirements

• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting with depth in Communications and Marketing
• Hiring experience across Product Marketing, Comms, Editorial, Content, Social, Brand, Growth, Demand Gen, Field Marketing or Events
• Track record partnering with senior Comms or Marketing leaders on difficult searches
• Strong functional judgment across marketing disciplines and transferable backgrounds
• Comfort evaluating portfolios, writing samples, campaign work and measurable results
• Strong writing and communication skills for briefs, outreach and executive updates
• Experience recruiting in high-growth startup or fast-moving environment
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, research, outreach or workflows
• Fluency with modern ATS; Ashby experience preferred
• Sound judgment, detail orientation and ability to manage multiple distinct searches
