• Exceptional analytical skills synthesizing data into insights and complex operating models
• Problem-solving and critical thinking for product margin and unit economics frameworks
• Attention to detail getting to source of truth on usage, revenue, and cost data
• Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating finance to non-finance audiences
• Sound commercial judgment across pricing, packaging, discounting and growth-margin tradeoffs
• Track record partnering with technical and product teams to drive optimization
• Bias to action and experience driving outcomes under tight timelines
• Background in AI, ML, or consumption-based models with complex cost structures
