Requirements

• 3+ years in virtual events, product marketing, customer education, demand generation or related role, ideally in high-growth tech
• Proven ability to learn technical products deeply and translate into accurate live demos
• Polished on-camera presence with hosting, interviewing, moderating or presenting experience
• Strong cross-functional skills to recruit, brief and coordinate busy experts without formal authority
• Full-funnel growth fluency across registration, segmentation, testing, conversion and nurture
• Analytical rigor with CRM and marketing automation data and ROI calculation
• Excellent production judgment including rehearsals, technical readiness and fallback planning
• Fast learner with high slope across unfamiliar products and domains
• Comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments
