Requirements

• Strong portfolio of web and marketing design work including landing pages and campaign pages
• Excellent visual design skills with strong sense of brand, typography and composition
• Hands-on experience designing within and for CMS and templating systems
• Experience at the intersection of brand and growth with understanding of conversion
• Comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers
• Fluency in Figma with solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility and web performance
• Clear opinion on what makes a great web page with ability to articulate why
