Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production systems experience
• Deep backend and systems experience across APIs, services, databases, caching, distributed systems
• Experience building and scaling developer platforms, ideally for fine-tuning or inference
• Understanding of reliability, latency, multi-tenancy, versioning, and observability at scale
• Familiarity with deploying, serving, and debugging ML systems in production
• Strong Python skills across infrastructure and product boundaries
• High ownership, comfortable taking ambiguous problems end to end
