At a glance

Highlights

  • Own human-robot interfaces used to run, monitor, and debug robots live.
  • Design for safety so state is clear and failures degrade predictably.
  • Build one surface that guides operators through full shifts across sites.

Ideal candidate

A product-minded fullstack builder who thrives in ambiguity and learns by watching operators. You care about safety-critical UX where physical consequences make friction matter.

Requirements

  • Strong fullstack experience building production web applications and APIs, especially with React, TypeScript, and Python
  • Realtime web experience with WebRTC, WebSockets, streaming video, and state synchronization
  • Comfort with binary wire formats and schema-defined interfaces such as protobuf and gRPC
  • Experience shipping on-prem or on-device software with degraded-network operation and fleet versioning
  • Strong UX instincts for high-stakes, high-frequency interfaces under time pressure
  • Comfort designing workflows where people, hardware, and software function as one system
  • Strong product judgment working directly with users through ambiguous workflows
