Requirements

• Strong software engineering background designing, building, and shipping production applications
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript with modern backend frameworks and React or Next.js
• Experience building APIs, integrating external services, and working with databases and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to independently take projects from rough requirements to deployment
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, or RAG
• Familiarity with modern AI development tools, frameworks, and APIs
• Understanding of retrieval quality, evaluation, latency, reliability, and cost tradeoffs
• Builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity, prototyping fast, and communicating with customers and stakeholders
