- 6+ years shipping production-grade backends for large-scale systems

- Understanding of RAG patterns, embedding pipelines, query planning and metadata filtering
- Expertise in Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Python
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, observability, and Terraform or Pulumi
