Requirements

• Typically 6+ years shipping production-grade backends for large-scale systems
• Experience building high-throughput indexing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Experience with semantic search, vector databases, hybrid retrieval or search engines like Elastic or OpenSearch
• Understanding of RAG patterns, embedding pipelines, query planning and metadata filtering
• Expert in Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Python
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, observability frameworks and Terraform or Pulumi
