Requirements

• Experience with customer-embedded technical work, research engineering, technical founding, applied ML consulting, or end-to-end post-training programs
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training, post-training, agent, or evaluation loops
• Strong experimental judgment with meaningful baselines, trace inspection, and failure attribution
• Strong Python and ability to build artifacts others can run, inspect, and extend
• Comfort owning ambiguous problems and keeping partners current
• Comfortable with senior external teams and connecting evidence to business decisions
