Requirements

• Track record leading high-performing applied research or research engineering teams
• Deep credibility in RL, post-training, agents, evaluation or ML systems with demanding external stakeholders
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model training, post-training, agent or evaluation loops
• Strong experimental judgment with meaningful baselines, trace inspection and failure attribution
• Strong Python skills with ability to build inspectable, extensible artifacts
