Requirements
- Built and grown a technical product used in production
- Led teams while staying hands-on
- Technical depth to prototype, work with APIs, and reason through system tradeoffs with engineers
- Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or ML platforms
- Strong product taste with focus on simple, useful experiences
- Learn directly from customers, write clearly, and turn ambiguous problems into concrete next steps
