Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
• Track record of owning and building processes from the ground up
• Experience handling high-stakes compliance matters and immigration cases
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Self-starter who closes gaps and follows through
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms
