Requirements

• 5+ years in contracts management, commercial legal operations, or related role
• Experience working directly with an in-house legal team supporting attorneys and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to independently manage commercial agreements from intake through execution
• Familiarity with NDAs, vendor, SaaS and other technology-related agreements
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, approvals and signature workflows
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, agents and automation to scale legal operations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills managing high volume and competing priorities
• Sound judgment on handling work independently vs escalating to Legal
• Strong written and verbal communication across legal, technical and business teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving environment
