Requirements

• 6+ years in business operations, strategy, venture capital, private equity or consulting
• Owned large ambiguous problems end-to-end with clear actionable plans
• Comfortable engaging senior leaders and driving cross-team alignment
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments with resourcefulness and adaptability
• Highly analytical with clear communication of insights to decision-makers
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel or similar
• Genuinely curious about LLM training and impact of AI on business and society
