Requirements

• 3+ years delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions
• Strong software engineering background shipping production-grade systems (Python, TypeScript)
• Experience deploying enterprise software in cloud or hybrid environments with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with modern AI stacks including RAG, agents, evaluations and fine-tuning
• Customer-facing experience architecting solutions for real business problems
• Self-starter with high agency thriving in fast-paced startup environments
