Requirements

• 4+ years delivering a portfolio of complex programs and prioritizing across changing needs
• Understanding of LLM training, evaluation, and prompt design with fast learning ability
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and dashboards, and Python for analysis and automation
• Clear written communication, strong stakeholder judgment, and willingness to inspect tasks
• High agency, bias towards action in fast-paced ambiguous environments
• Experience with annotation, expert data collection, human feedback, or AI evaluation a plus
