Requirements

• Active U.S. government clearance required, TS/SCI preferred
• Experience delivering software into classified or air-gapped government environments including security controls and accreditation
• Strong technical fluency with Python and experience shipping production-grade systems
• Track record leading complex technical projects end-to-end across workstreams
• Hands-on infrastructure and inference experience deploying multi-node GPU clusters and serving large models
• Experience shipping LLM-based agents to production with harnesses and evals in the last 1-2 years
