Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support
• Comfort working in a customer-facing role supporting executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical people
• Ability to navigate complex, non-trivial problems with minimal support
• Experience working with both macOS and Windows devices (Linux is a bonus)
• Expertise in managing user provisioning through Rippling and Okta, including automating onboarding and offboarding flows
• Experience configuring and managing Okta as the primary SSO IdP, including integrating SaaS platforms with Okta SSO
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear
• Strong technical depth with ability to communicate technical information clearly to various audiences
