Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, research operations, or ML engineering building programs from scratch in research/ML environments
• Technical depth to discuss model architecture, scaling laws, data pipelines, training dynamics, and optimizer tradeoffs
• Proven ability to embed with technical teams and earn trust through competence and curiosity
• Resourceful, high-agency operator who navigates ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and influence with senior technical staff
• Comfortable in high-stakes environments impacting model quality, compute spend, and training timelines
• Excited to build from zero to one in a small, fast-moving team
• Motivated by enabling researchers to build capable open-weight AI systems
