Requirements
- 7+ years in technical program management, research operations or infrastructure coordination, ideally ML/AI
- Deep technical knowledge of distributed training, GPU clusters, schedulers, networking and storage
- Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
- Track record managing complex, multi-team programs with competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management across technical ICs and senior leadership
- Comfortable operating in crisis mode and staying calm under pressure
