Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, research operations, or infrastructure coordination
• Background in ML/AI or large-scale distributed systems environments
• Able to engage engineers on distributed training, GPU clusters, networking, and storage
• Operates effectively in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
• Track record managing complex multi-team programs with competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management across technical ICs and senior leadership
• Calm under pressure and comfortable operating in crisis and incident mode
• Excited to build zero-to-one and motivated by open-weight AI
