Requirements

• 7+ years in high-growth tech in strategy, operations, product operations, or technical chief of staff roles
• Track record working shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product leadership
• Strong technical fluency to partner with Staff/Principal Engineers and AI researchers
• Ability to drive ill-defined, sprawling problems to resolution without line authority
• Deep comfort with unit economics, technical systems data, and scenario modeling
• Direct, concise executive-ready communication
• Hands-on experience with LLM workflows, coding agents, and automation
• Ability to work in-person 3 days per week in Foster City, CA
