Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production software
• Strong programming skills and ability to work across unfamiliar codebases, APIs and environments
• Hands-on work with LLM applications in production: retrieval, tool calls, and evals
• Experience designing and owning complex technical systems from architecture through production
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and independently drive technical projects to completion
• Strong technical communication skills and experience working directly with customers or stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements and customer problems into pragmatic technical solutions
