Requirements

• 8+ years in partnerships, channel sales, alliances or business development focused on GSIs
• Track record building and scaling GSI partnerships at a high-growth tech company
• Deep understanding of GSI practice models, delivery structures and go-to-market motions
• Experience developing joint solutions and co-sell motions that drove pipeline and revenue
• Executive presence with ability to build trust with senior GSI leaders
• Collaborative cross-functional partner across Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success
• Comfortable building processes from scratch in fast-paced, early-stage environments
• Excellent communication and storytelling for technical and business audiences
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
