Requirements

• Experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating and launching strategic partnerships
• Strong product judgment on when partnerships should influence roadmap
• Technical fluency across APIs, auth, cloud, databases and developer workflows
• Hands-on familiarity with Replit or AI-native tools with demo-building ability
• Ability to run ambiguous multi-party processes from discovery to measurement
• Credibility with senior external partners and internal engineers
• Strong written and verbal communication
