Requirements

• 5+ years of sales development experience with 3+ years in leadership or management, preferably with technical ICP
• Proven track record of building and scaling BDR teams, preferably in high-growth environment
• Strong IC background in inbound and outbound prospecting and demand generation
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities developing junior sales talent
• Data-driven approach to performance management and process optimization
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM and sales tools including HubSpot/SFDC, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Clay, SmartLead and Gong
• Interest in AI and software development lifecycle/basic coding concepts
• Based in Salt Lake City area or willing to relocate for hybrid in-office role
