Requirements

• 8-10 years in SRE, DevOps, Systems or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong programming in Python or Go with high-quality, well-tested code
• Deep understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and GCP at scale
• Experience with automation, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and leading incident response
• Strong communication and mentoring skills with openness and transparency
