Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent real-world engineering experience
• 10+ years of software experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Track record leading major 0-to-1 projects or scaling platform primitives
• Experience building user-facing platform-as-a-service products (preferred)
• Experience with AI/agentic systems (preferred)
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup (preferred)
