Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics or related field
- 5+ years hands-on experience in industrial robotics deployment, commissioning or field engineering
- Hands-on electro-mechanical troubleshooting with multimeter, oscilloscope, VFDs, PLCs, sensors and actuators
- Proven track record executing FAT/SAT and commissioning automation systems at customer sites
- Linux command-line proficiency, reading Python/shell scripts and basic Docker operations
- ROS/ROS2 experience or industrial automation background with willingness to learn ROS2
- Strong documentation habits writing runbooks, SOPs and handover documents
- Experience training non-technical operators on robotic or automated equipment
- Experience managing contractors or external service partners
- Professional German and English, both required
- Valid driver's licence
