Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leading a talent function or team at a high-growth technology company
• Strong track record of personally sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive markets
• Experience building and developing recruiting teams across sourcing, full-cycle recruiting and operations
• Ability to partner credibly with founders and technical leaders and translate ambiguous needs into searches
• Strong operational judgment with structure and accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with discretion for sensitive information
• Hands-on approach with strong ownership across strategy, outreach and process improvement
