Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 5+ years of engineering experience including at least one full-cycle product launch
• Expertise in thin-walled component design and industrialization from concept to mass production
• Deep knowledge of high-performance composites and fiber-resin systems
• Proficiency in CATIA with strong GD&T, datum strategies and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Experience designing B-side features, joining and attachment strategies for Class-A surfaces
• Ability to interpret FEA and Moldflow analysis for design iteration
