Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, operations program management, or supply chain program leadership
• Experience managing hardware ramp programs from prototype through production
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness reviews
• Ability to manage certification and compliance schedules (CE, UL, FCC, or equivalent)
• Track record coordinating multi-party supplier relationships under aggressive timelines
• Data-driven communication skills with clear executive-level reporting
