- Hands-on experience with industrial controls and integration including PLCs, sensors and conveyors
- Experience integrating with MES or other plant-level systems
- Strong understanding of work-cell design, machine safety standards and risk assessment
- Track record taking systems through FAT, commissioning and SAT
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements and designs
- Willingness to travel to customer sites domestically and internationally
