• Track record taking mechatronic products from prototype through mass production
• Systems-level fluency across mechanism design, sensor integration, DFM and reliability
• Hands-on DFM/DFA for molded, die-cast and machined parts with factory ownership
• Experience integrating cameras, IMUs and encoders into precision structures
• Experience setting up and running DVT/PVT programs and failure analysis
• Staff-level judgment balancing fast iteration with lockdown under program pressure
