- 4+ years of engineering experience

- Technical background to build fast and learn new things quickly
- Translate complex information into engaging content, guides, tutorials and applications
- End-to-end content creation skillset across written, video, and social media
- Self-starter able to analyze ambiguous situations, develop a plan, execute and iterate
- Operate with urgency, build consensus, and lead cross-functional teams
- Customer focus and motivated to become an expert on industry, product and ecosystem
- Active contributor to communities online and/or in-person
