Requirements

• 4–8 years in growth, marketplace supply, community, or talent acquisition roles owning a number and funnel
• Direct experience growing a distributed workforce such as contributor, driver, host, freelancer, tutor or annotator networks
• Real curiosity about how frontier models are trained and why expert human data matters
• Familiarity with computer vision, robotics, or developer communities or experience as a data platform contributor (nice to have)
